Research has demonstrated that certain acids produced form Vitamin B can help to prevent hair from going grey and also strengthen hair.According to these studies the foods kidney and liver have the best acidic content for doing this.
Also found in the Vitamin B group is Inositol which when in the human body in the right proportions has shown signs of arresting baldness, especially in males.One I see talked about a lot on the many forums on the Internet is Biotin.In fact it is talked about so much that I am going to dedicate a separate hub to that.It’s an intriguing one for me and needs separate examination.Biotin is known in the medical field as Vitamin H.
There are three things in this world that would not be at the top of my list for choices of food.Spinach, broccoli, and brussel sprouts are those delightful choices but apparently they have Vitamin E in them.Once again research has shown that not only does this help prevent hair loss and greying, it is also commonly used as an ant-ageing process.Thank goodness that egg is also on this list of foods as that gives me one outlet for my Vitamin E.
Vitamin A, or more importantly the lack of this vitamin in your body can be the cause of dry hair.That’s worth noting because hair should have a certain amount of oil and moisture to be healthy and grow.The lack of this can cause the hair to become brittle and fall out.
